With over 15 years of competitive experience in powerlifting and bodybuilding, I’ve dedicated my life to strength, discipline, and performance. I hold six Montana state records in bench press and deadlift (WABDL), and I’ve earned three overall bodybuilding titles — plus three Top-6 national finishes.
But beyond the stage and competition platforms, I’m passionate about real-world adventure — hunting, fishing, rock crawling, and making memories with the people I care about most.

You read that right. $19,574. That's how much I've personally invested (so far!) into my own high-level coaching. Seems crazy, right? But gaining knowledge and investing in myself is priceless to me.
I’ve hired business mentors, bought courses to sharpen my skills, and invested nearly $4,200 in 1-on-1 coaching and $12,000 in mentorships just for my own fitness journey! Because yes, even the coach needs a coach.
But the craziest part isn't the money. It's that even now, my mindset around investing in myself isn't always perfect. I still hesitate. I still get scared I'm going to waste my money or let myself down. But I pull the trigger anyway! And as a result, I grow in knowledge, experience, and my business grows right along with it.
